We promote the study, research, and analysis of the geopolitical, geoeconomic, and maritime affair developments in the Indian Ocean, Pacific Ocean, and the connected landmass which are redrawing the global political order.

Colombo, Sri Lanka – 3 September 2024 - The Geopolitical Cartographer took part in a meeting on the occasion of the visit to Sri Lanka by the National Defence College (NDC) of India, hosted by Sri Lanka's National Security Advisor, Hon. Sagala Ratnayaka, at the Presidential Secretariat.![]()

The event was attended by members of Sri Lanka’s National Security Advisor’s Office, members of the Tri-Forces, the Defence Advisor of the India in Sri Lanka (High Commission of India, Colombo), Captain M. Anand and the Deputy Defence Advisor, and delegates from the National Defence College (NDC) of India led by Shri Vijay Nehra of the IAS. The Delegation of the NDC also included international participants from Nepal, Myanmar, Iran, Egypt, Kenya, and Brazil highlighting the importance of regional cooperation and security.![]()
